I had an Olhausen York installed just over a month ago... I use the term "installed" lightly. More like "put together quickly". Guys were super nice, but just didn't get the job done correctly. I like the table, but the cloth and pockets were sloppy, and it just didn't play right. It was level according to a 4 footer, but not close enough to keep the balls from favoring one side. I could have kept calling them to get free visits, but it just wasn't worth it.

I posted here, and Shane (cuephoric) responded via PM. We talked a couple times via phone, and he sent me Mark's (perfectpocketz) way. I told Mark the issues, he made the trip over and hit the table running. No 4 footer this time. The slate looked like a science experiment when all his gadgets were on top of it. To call this leveling a table would be an understatement.

To put it simply... I can't believe how good the table plays now. Heck, I didn't want to stop playing, but I wanted to thank Mark here for the great work. I knew having someone come out would make a difference, but damn... it's like completely different table... in a good way!!!

Thanks Mark!... It was good meeting you, and I really appreciate you straightening out the table.

Mark and I talked today about your table, you did good contacting him, he really does know what he's doing, one of the few that really does.

Mark Gregory, is a guy I call when I have an issue with a pool table. Mark knows his stuff. I recommend him often. He's the real deal.
