Gluing jig for K-55 ?

Is there such a jig ?
So that the nose is at the right height ?

For GC's ?

The cushions don't determine the nose height, the sub-rail does. If the sub-rail is not right, the cushions won't be right, so no jig will work to set the nose height of the cushions.

Does he have a Gold Crown 3. I have complete sets of rails in excellent condition, I can build them and you can take'em with you.

Thanks SD.
That would really be expensive ( $150 per box ).
Since Jeff has GC3, I guess the Diamond black will just fight right it.

I'm working on a set right now going to Japan. I'm curious to see how much this will cost to ship. I have some of the original brunswick boxes the rails came in, they ship the whole set of rails in one box.

It's gonna be expensive if sent by air.

If I am right about what you are asking, The way I went about this on my table was to keep edge of cushion even with subrail as I attached it. Before glue sets all the way go back and check to make sure cushion is flush with subrail. stand back and look at the nose make sure it is straight
with no waves. If the subrail is right cushion should be at the proper height. Hope this helps. Take care, john
