Not that I am aware of. There is a small chance that when Mark purchased it the seller might have had it consigned there at one time.

That cue is in my top 5 all time favorite cues, and definitely the best Hoppe cue I have ever seen. That cue should only be witnessed in church, where it can receive the reverence it deserves. Two words: Dangerous Elegance.

Joe,I remember this cue on dick abbotts site yrs back,and still looks good. Do not know if it was on his site from someone else but that is where I first looked at it.You can call dick and probaly find out the story on the cue.
But thats where it was listed for sale for some time. Rich.

Gus Hoppe

I had never seen the individual thread on this cue until today. However, I did see it in several other posts, one was 4 Hoppe's and another on a collection photo. This cue is perfect. It is my favorite all time cue.

Congratulations on owning it,
 
Not got around to seeing this thread before. One of my favorite Gus! It looks so modern!
