Anybody know where the cheapest place to buy one of the Simonis X-1 Cleaners is? I've searched and it seems like everybody is selling it for $89.95.

I found that it was a waste of money. It is just a microfiber cloth with fancy packaging. The "Patent" they were issued was for the fancy packaging.

If you are looking for something to clean your table, a package of walmart microfiber cloths will be just as effective. If you are looking for something to LOOK cooler than a brush on your supplies rack, this does the trick.
 
it is not really a waste of money because it does the job. Microfiber cloth cleans chalk residue out of table cloth very good. But unless you are ready to pay the price for the Simonis comfortable design, use just a piece of microfiber!

I wouldn't call the Simonis one comfortable. It is a little strange to hold.

I call it a 'waste of money' because it has nothing of added benefit for something that costs $88 less.

What he said. I was lucky enough to get one as a present.

Lightly damp microfiber. Maybe vacuum first if real dusty.
