Dave, let's keep the conversation right here...since as you said..you are making copies of everything.
You were previously banned for leaving bad iTrader for Mcues. It is very well documented.
Mike removed that negative remark, yet yesterday you added it again.
Maybe Mike is completely wrong about you too?

Dave unfortunately the only chump on here is you.
1. You have failed to pay a man because your indisposed but can sit here for hours and flame away at your own flames. Does anything strike you as odd about that?
2. I have and get the itrader system. If you'll see mines 100 percent . I believe every transaction I've ever done is on there.
3. I deal with people like you everyday . Full of excuses , hopeless twisting and contorting truth to make themselves seem right (atleast in their own minds) . It usually ends badly for them in front of a judge. Best of Luck and keep shoveling.

That's fine. Tell me where I went wrong.
I Recieved a personal check. Not Paypal from Mario. I promptly sent out the saw and jig.
Ups delivered the saw a jig destroyed. 2 days later
Mario takes in the package. Opens it. Removed the jig and returns the saw only to ups for a damage claim. Ups. Not me.
ups retrieves the damaged saw with the insurance claim filed.
Mario then tell me he would like a refund from me to replace the damaged saw AFTER he already files a claim against the same saw.
Essentially trying to get a double refund
Tell me where I went wrong.

He never gave specific numbers. He didn't say 80% to 90%. He said 80's to 90's. 80's = 80-89. 90's = 90-99. That includes 89-91%. 1/38 = 2.6%, more than enough to get from the 80's to the 90's.
Please don't try to make someone else out to be an idiot when you can't follow simple logic and refuse to explain glaring discrepancies (wife leaving you iTrader).

Reminds me of the guy that owed me money and when I asked for it re told me, 'now you ask for it, you ain't never gonna get it'. While it did appear to state I would be getting it, I have not yet gotten it...15+yr and waiting!:sorry:

Not the case here. I have already refunded members. Rogers cue or refund was ready at the same time cures received his refund. Rex received his refund days later in a check by mail. Roger would have had the same if he responded to my multiple attempts to get his shipping info.
I would not have refunded one if I wasn't going to refund them all.
Makes sense right. I have showed in black and white the many times I h e tried to contact for info at the same time another got a refund.

The funniest thing is there is a 6 page 2 day thread where every post I ask for shipping info and I have still not received this info.

same guy...we would go to bars, he'd steal their money and then pick fights with them afterwards. Was about 6'1, 220lb and always drunk.
Not he is about 5'10 and 140lb...I believe his liver has turned off.
As far as I've read Dave has done some wrong but he's not alone.As I've read about the ''saw''its true you can't take a portion of the undamaged product and file claim on just the damaged,you have to send it all back or issues start right off the hop.As far as cues and money,its starts getting wishy washy when it becomes a insult festival.The days of bond between men with a simple handshake are far gone and now its all about proof,insults,and character assassination.You don't need a good memory if your telling the truth and hopefully for Dave and the party's involved,trash all the past wrong doings and concentrate on a clean and honest future.Goodluck Scott
