Deluxe

Can you tell me what keeps these from fitting on a Deluxe? Do you think that I could modify it to work or am I better off to just build something myself?

I think it has to do with the height of indicator point. As for modifying it, I don't have a deluxe carriage to measure and make suggestions for modifications.
