Scruggs in it's house

Looks great man! Ring work is killer! What colors are the veneers?
Looks like I see green in there but can't tell for sure.
 
Beautiful Scruggs. As I recall he started doing those bridge points in either 1978 or 1979, pretty much right after he went into business for himself. Do you know the year of the cue?
 
Timi Scruggs said he was looking at a forearm one day.

He pointed at the returns saying "I thought to myself sometning needs to go there. What can I put. And then he thought some more.What he dreamed up were these forearms with the boxed off veneer ends. Boxed veneers. Bridged points. All class. Timi.
He said it was the one thing he was proud of inventing. Many builders have gone nuts with bridged points too.
