Who is Deathball?

Cashrider is clear as a bell to me. He's done everything but come out
and say what's really on the OP's mind!

One of the problems with the game as I see it today is there aren't enough characters any more. imo, it comes from too may people having handicaps from tournaments. How the heck are you gonna use one of the essential arts of the game, namely making the right game, if everyone has a number hung around their neck.

Gimme a million deathballs and let us ply our art against his. I like my chances. Do you like yours? 8-)

What so you keep a pool table with a room full of people around it bored stiff while the guy barks about who is robbing whom for 45min with out an actual game ever being played?

The game is about the game, not barking. What ever became of agreeing to a match posting then playing? That's really what it's all about, not lock artists arguing about who is stealing from whom and who doesn't have gamble.

And really? how the heck can you blame this on handicapped tournaments?

LOL, play pool for a living sometime. Most of the time is spent woofing for entertainment. You can't always have a game the minute you walk into a room.

Where do you think all those nicknames come from?

Shape - shiftin - scuffler ??

Rumor has it that Deathball and a famous poker playing and pool lock artist are one in the same ....

has anyone ever seen them in the same room, at the same time.. ?? !!

Ok when i read this post I was thinking that these guys were probably pretty decent players. ( I don't know them at all) But from what I saw none of them (that was playing) looked that strong.... am I wrong? I know I never really got to see their real game but from what I did see it wasn't short stop level.

I expect to see that sort of woofing from higher caliber players at times but this seemed excessive. Scooter seemed to be the only one with any gamble, I wish I could have seen him shoot.

For those of you that know, what is scooters, deathballs, and the other guys speed?

I hope this wasn't the typical action there, if so that tournament has gone down hill.
