First Shot Roll Out

I like this Pat Fleming and BCAPL. No matter who gets the First shot after the break, that player HAS to roll out, incoming player has option. With this format, pros could even play 6 ball.

From a spectator's point of view.....

Sure let's put every game into safety mode right off the bat. This will surely be good for pool's reputation as a fast and furious event.

New rule to create a completely different strategic game? Efren will win the first and Shane will be dominating in a year.

I thought that the breaker had the option to push or make his opponent push, assuming he made one on the break.

Yes that's true. But the recent TAR match, this was tried out (Daz/Mika) and was successful.

Yes and yes.

Lets get it right

If we can get the money up per event and pay deeper into the field at a higher rate then most people can deal with the loss and keep it movin.

If you put some coins in your pocket and head to the next event, it might be your turn to get the rolls and make the money next time, we dont need new rules, we just need more events and better payouts!

eh hem... small correction buddy;

Yes, it WAS very successful BUT it was not a TAR match. It was a great Accu-Stats Video Production Event. ;)
