Jump Shots

I am looking for suggestions on a good training dvd for Jump shots. I have looked into the Robin Dodson DVD, but it looks like she teaches it with the shoulder up. I need to find a dvd that teaches it "dart" style. My shoulder does not allow me to jump with the shoulder up. (Shoulders need replaced). If you know of any good dvd's, please let me know. Thanks!

A lot of short women shoot side armed. The dart stroke is not as accurate.

Go buy the EZ-jumper. As far as I know it is legal.
