How does one achieve near 20 itraders in 4 months????

Why on earth would I deliberately Ship out a Warped CUE !!!
2 MONTHS AGO .....I sold a NEW KD LD shaft to someone in florida I believe, the buyer said it was warped beyond playability, I said ship it back no problems, ill refund you. END OF STORY Buyer feels comfort to do business, Seller loses $125 shaft.... the price for business.
I have no problems with that what so ever, BECAUSE that Guy will BUY from me again....
I am by no means saying you purposely did what I said.
I was just saying that buyer's are sometimes very cautious and paranoid about these things.
People can sell warp cues and say it was perfectly straight went they sent it.
Again, I never said you did that...I was just giving an example of why the Buyer would be reluctant to send it back even though I advised him to do so because that's how it should go.

Do you think he was lieing about getting a warped shaft?
Did you send out a warped shaft? OR
Did it get warped in shipping because it was not packaged correctly?
I think your lucky he didn't give you negative feedback on I-Trader. (so-far).
One unhappy i-trader negative is better than what you have plus this guy & myself.
Not to mention how many unhappy people just didn't want to bother posting a negitive i-trader on you.
Do yourself a favor sell under YOUR own name & put a paypal account YOUR name not your WIFE's name.
Also don't recommend sending money as a gift. It's not a gift it's a purchase!

If there is a problem paypal probably wouldn't cover it because it was labled as a gift.

Thank you Gary, I appreciate this very very much, I swear on my kids the shaft was straight, however shipping sometimes messes up the equipment. I'm a man of my words, you ship it back and ill refund you the money like I promised.

From experence, cues can warp in shipping. The hot warehouses or whatever they do, but ive it happen a twice now.
I've also had shafts arrive a bit warped, and then when I checked them again 3-4 weeks later, they were fine.
