Help Please with BLACK BOAR on eBay

A few years back there was a little controversy here on AZ when a member was selling a Black Boar which has been reworked by (I think it was) Phillippi, It was (working from older dim memory) an older BB that Phillippi had added some ivory ovals to. Is this that cue?

Great stuff, thanks so much. That was 3 years ago (no wonder it was dim in my foggy brain) and they were sick of the cue then. Its baaaaaaack.

here's a better look, i ran the photo through apple filmware.
cue has serious complications, it may not be an original black boar.
seems to be pieced together, wrap is backwards, both rings are misalinged, ovals are displaced.
looks like a boar logo cap attached to a 6 point helmstetter.
