Question About Champion and Triumph Tips

From looking at some of the older Champion tips and Triumph tips, they look very similar. Leather looks similar, and both use the fiber pad. I was wondering if there was a way to easily tell the difference. I have some Triumphs, and also some Champions I think. Just do not want to get them mixed up.:frown: Thanks!

Triumphs are more yellow with very thin pads.

Two tests that involve actually installing the tip, not convenient,
but unfailingly accurate.

1. Install the tip in question on your very most favorite cue.

2. If it plays great, but pops off the pad in 2 weeks, it's a Champion.

3. If it stays on the pad fine, and plays good for 2 weeks, then turns
into dog$hit, it's a Triumph.

YMMV - but I doubt it
