A good friend of mine recently let me take home an old tattered tome by Ray Martin an Rosser Reeves. It's obviously near and dear to his heart.

I'm pretty sure Reeves was an editor at the New York Times. It's too bad they didn't revise the diagrams (which are not very accurate) when the 30-year anniversary edition came out.
