It looks like a Dennis Swift case to me.
Dennis has a website: www.casesbyswift.com
The tooling on your case leads me to believe it's his work, but I'm not 100% certain.

since i've been looking around at them now, they do look very similar, but one thing that doesn't look right to me is the clasp. many I have seen by him have the "Twist style" latch?
But the Tooling looks very similar! (One can only hope!)
Looks to me like an old swift. If you send him pics he should be able to ID it.
It's possible that it's a Flowers but I doubt it. Did you thoroughly look it over for a logo or makers mark?
To be honest, it's basic enough that it could also easily be someone that just made cases as a hobby.
