Anyone have a midnight brown EE wrap they would sell me in Canada?
I guess the law has changed for sellers to ship up here.
I need one for a customer and don't want to try and say I can't get him one.

Is there anywhere in the states that can send EE to Canada?

With them tightening the grip on the laws, I don't think you'll find a source on the record. Off the record, you just never know. So here's my advice, add your regular email address to your signature and see what happens. There's a few cocky people running around here who don't think the laws apply to them.
