in order to help you, weight length just give us some ideas of what you would like and Im more then positive someone will have something that tickles your fancy
 
I have a custom bludworth in that price range. Made by Leonard bludworth (more valuable) made in his shop in Texas. Good quality American custom!
 
there's a joss up on sacramento craigslist in that range, but you will probably find better sellers and have a more reliable transaction here on AZ

If I was going to Hard times anytime soon I would take a look but not worth to go up there for that. I would prefer to buy from here.

New customs in your price range

Custom cue

You should look up Shawn Hughes here on az and he will build you a custom to your liking for tht price tell him Donnie sent you over plus he has some cues built already you may like there awesome playing cues
 
I have a nice schon stl 14 id let go for for 450. It is current posted in az under schon stl for sale, posted it yesterday
