Hello Everyone,
I am a friend of Bill Dominiak of Cue Stock Inc ... He asked me to pass along this info for you cue makers out there. For those of you who are interested in shaft wood, Bill has just launched his new website that now features more product images, and also the convenience of a shopping cart making it a full-featured e-commerce website.

Have a look here:

Cue Stock Inc specializes in hard maple cue shaft dowels, radial laminated dowels, handles for new cues and repairs.

Bill is a well established hard maple billiards cue stock supplier with over 20 years experience. He has supplied cue makers such as McDermott & Predator in the past. Currently, Bill focuses his efforts on supplying custom cue makers.

If you have any questions, Bill will be glad to take your calls (585-768-7838) or go the website and click the "contact us" button.

If I might...well I am going to....make some suggestions..

1. A visit from Bill on this forum would go a long way.

2. Improve the images. I can only see what the end grain looks like.

I received an email from Bill today and he assured me that the prices of his shaft wood is not influenced by the cost of his new website. I overreacted a bit when Ifirst saw his prices, but after thinking about it, he is still cheaper than most places out there, and in my opinion, has some great shaft wood. I can get dowels for dirt cheap, but if only 1 out of 10 is usable for shaft, then I'm not saving anything. Its pretty nice really that Bill cares enough about his customers to personally email me and explain what's going on. In todays world, that kind of customer service is rare.
