Us Open Updates....

Appleton vs Reyes starting...

Archer put on a clinic in 11am match... Both Archer and Earl looked strong on stream.... Both have adjusted to new times accordingly... Still is strange watching them cut break.... Both known for having powerful 9-ball breaks...

Okay, let's hope this match is more competitive...

Any magic left in the 58 year old magician???

Biado Out...

Would've loved to see Biado vs Dang on stream... It was B-side so one had to go home... I haven't seen either one play... Alot of people picked Biado to snap this tourney off... Too bad we didn't catch him on the stream...

Btw Daz just jumped a ball in for jump shape on next ball in rack 1...

Albin Ouschan (jasmin's brother?) has advanced to final 4 of his bracket... Probably the surprise run of tourney up to this point...

Alex barely squeeks by Peach in hill-hill thriller....

Couple pinoys sent packing.... Both Biado and Kiamco out....

Burford gets beat to hill, yet prevails... His run through B side continues after dropping 1st round on stream vs Bartram...

Chang, Archer and Yukio all advance in lopsided victories...

Efren and Daz trading racks to this point 2-2...

Efren 4-2

Brilliant out by Efren to take 2 game lead and breaking....

Makes a sweet breakout on 3 with shot on 2, then slow spins 3 in like only efren does for perfect shape on 4 and out....

Btw, where is Incardona??? Have missed him dearly in the booth this week. Commentary has been well below accustats standards this week... Imho of course...

he is jasmins brother... and if you would have a look at the eurotour, you wouldnt be surprised.....

googled him...

He's pretty young...might be early 20's max. Great player...just like his sister!

If anyone is interested, Danny D couldn't make it to the Open either....
....he had a urinary infection...but he's okay now.
He works well with Incardone or Wych....imo

Glad Danny is doing better PT... That was bad of me to mention Billy and not Danny... I agree, he does work well with both Jimmy and Billy... I enjoy his stories...

Efren updates are much appreciated! I see the score is 6-6 right now...what happened??

@6-6

Daz dogs 5 leaving Efren tough cut on 5 down rail past side, efren spears it in sending whitey back and forth 3 rails and gets out...

7-6 Efren

Efren proceeds to continue to $hitrack himself... Daz makes nice crossbank, gets himself into trouble once again, jumps, makes good hit, but sells out, efren pockets ball, gets rough on 4, crosses 4 in side but misses, hits titty, leaving daz another jump shot, daz jump banks 4 long rail, opens up 5-7 cluster, but creates another with the 4, 6,7,9, no shot for efren, efren fails hdr, ftr safe but leaves no shot again, 4679 still clustered, brilliant safe by daz seperating cluster and leaving efren on top of 7, efren long rail feathers 4 ball but leaves daz a shot on 4 w tough shape on 5, daz lags in nice for shortside shape on 5, should be out... tough rack, hold on, bridge shape on 6 to lag shoortside on 7, executes both and is out....

7-7 Daz breaking race to 4

Daz breaks, makes 2 balls and 2 is buried in pocket, falls a little steep on 4-5 combo, but plays both object ball and whitey to perfection... falls on wrong side of 6, but recovers, back in line on 7 and out for bnr and lead

8-7 DAZ

Daz breaks, gets a brutal kiss and scratches in corner, bih for magician but 1 to 2 to 3 is looking tough, efren deliberating, combos 1-7 with bih, tries to fall short on 2, runs into 2 for bump shape into pocket that he didnt at first have, nice roll there, efren in line now with open rack and should be out ans is....

Tied up again 8-8 Efren breaking...
