I wouldn't say that our customer base is so different but the way we go about our business certainly is. I fully agree with you about TCB.
So for me the goal is to figure out how to build a shop capable of producing the once-in-lifetime requests in a systematic manner. Trust me Jack I have held you up to my staff dozens of times and said to them that this "old" man working from his house all by himself outproduces us. I truly admire the fact that you have set up your shop efficiently and can run through your orders on time.
When I got into this over here I thought it would be easy. But it's not easy, not at all. The language barrier is tough, dealing with 15 individuals and their issues is tough, there is very little to no common ground on common sense between westerners and Chinese.
Every time I try to implement some kind of order it gets corrupted. Now quite possibly the source of the problems is the leader
I look at this as a challenge though. So now I have the shop that can turn out the true custom cases so now I have to figure out how to run it. It's like getting a racehorse that's too wild to ride. But my goal is to put up a signature like yours, on time every time.
And yes, I do thank you for sending people to us and I owe you you some jelly and peanut butter as well.
