Mosconi Cup 2012 Day (3) Discussion

That was a sick miss after that shot by BS.. Dechaine gave that one away.. BS played like a champ! Brutal loss!

Mike seems really uncomfortable.

Son of a......................gun. I can't believe it!!!!!!

Sorry.,...

Mike lost that match...

Shuff made a bad decision to jump early on...but wow....key shots rattle...again and again..

What a great match, holy cow. Cut Dechaine a break, he didn't exactly miss a hanger. That was the best match to watch so far in my opinion. Wish it woulda went 5-4 to Shuff but did you see that masse shot off 2 rails, I'm still smiling thinking about that one.

His partner intentionally played bad shape so Nick could make a heroic 9 and fire up York hall to a fever pitch for the rest of the cup. Pure genius.

I see Mike didn't change out that dogwood shaft. Shuff came with something in that race, nice shooting.

Van Den Berg is pure money. He hasn't missed yet and only made the one questionable decision yesterday that didn't cost them.

Why in the world do the players and fans take this so seriously? Celebrating like never before? You don't see this type of activity at tournaments that are MUCH tougher to win than a Mosconi Cup match!

CJ has Dechaine in another Doubles match later which tells me, Shuff must be showing them something good to want to put him one on one with Melling. Never shame in losing hill-hill. Let's not lose sight, this is a country vs a continent. Just saying.

I wonder if the critics will change their vote on whos the US's weakest link after the last 2 games :p

After that match i now find myself rooting for the US team, if there is one thing i can't stand its classlessness and team europe seem to be filled with Dbags like appleton jumping around like monkeys and throwing their cues around instead of shaking their opponents hands, nothing bothers me more.

Cause they are having fun and playing for honor, not money?

Just through the years, they always play NVB in tough ass spots. That tells me that he's more like Europe's version of Archer. He's very clutch, guy just continually comes with it. Okay back to work I pretended to be on a conference call lol.

Yeah, then one of them almost tackled Mike.

You definitely don't understand what the Mosconi Cup is and the pressure there is there.

Really painful. Shuff's five ball in rack eight was masterful, and Mike undid it with a most unexpected miss three balls from the finish line. Meanwhile, VanDenBerg made two killer shots in the double hill rack, and you can't take anything away from him, for he has been very clutch in this Mosconi Cup.

Still, this point surely should have gone to Team America, and they'll have to compose themselves after this heartbreaker.
