What's 4 months of your life and lifetime knowledge worth....
This is what it would take. I would buy another motorhome for about $20,000.
On the road should take care of itself with my lessons and living expenses.
I'm paying for everything.
I would be footing most of the income with the lessons. If a person added up all the stuff for 4 months or 5 months on the road $30,000 would be cheap.
I'm not looking for a partner in fact I prefer to travel by myself.
This would really be an opportunity of a lifetime for the right person. It doesn't matter how they play. They will get there.
Zach might be back someday. He just needed to try another adventure in Australia?
The Zack deal didn't cost me much at all. Just used up some of my time trying to do something that was really tough. If I do it again I need to get paid for it. The money is cheap. The person that might do this probably doesn't care about the money . I don't think there is anyone more qualified to teach someone to play and survive on the road. I've been on the road for 3 out of the last 4 years. The only reason i was not on the road for a year was shoulder surgery and I had a motorhome fall on me.
It would be sweet to have someone that has already made it big in business and knows how to work hard at something. And it should be fun for someone that has been all work and no play for a long time to enter this world of fun and adventure.
Just have to see. Maybe nothing will come of it but I hope so. Would this make a great reality show or what.
With the motorhome I could bring a touring pro along. Someone could have a girl along. Probably not me though. And the guy training to be a champion.
I could see a whole lot of story lines there.

It would be good for pool.

Chris could be right up there with the right opportunity.
I'd settle for sure taking an average player and turning them into a Chris or Kim and I think they would like it also.

That might be interesting. You would have to know the techniques and be able to bring them out.

How this all started..........
One of the teachers on the forum made the comment that I was stretching things by saying that I could build a champion in a month or 2 .
I took it to heart.
I had a little head start with Zach because i taught him Perfect Aim when he was 19. Now he was 23. He was playing low Master speed when i worked with him a year ago.
I thought, so why not bring him on the road and see what we could accomplish.
He was playing high master speed but to get him to do the things neccesary to stay at that level was another thing. He needs more structure in his life. To teach that it would take a long time.
We might continue that journey someday but for now Zach is pursuing a career in hail damage in Australia I think.
I don't want or need to have a player where zach was at because i can get them there real fast. One they can aim the game is very simple.
The aiming that I teach is almost like pool in a box. It just makes it so easy. This has been said over and over again by Perfect Aim customers.
I hope I get a taker on this adventure soon because there will be some pretty amazing stuff happening. Another unknown person will be tearing it up in a short period of time.
This would be a 24/7 job though. it's alot of work.

Actually, it would be VERY HARD to make an hour long show every week if you intend to make it a compilation of the week's events. The video pros here can tell you how many hours (weeks) it takes to put together a good solid hour.
My advice would be to shoot a ton of video, keep a running blog like this and put up some raw video each week but at the end of it all spend the time to make a documentary out of it.
I would vote for this thread as one of the most entertaining on AZB even with the "commercials" for Perfect Aim thrown in. THIS is how people should sell on forums if they intend to sell, put up good honest content that people like to read and intersperse the ads.
I don't know if you will find someone to take you up on your mid-life crisis tour (what I call it) but if you do it should be pretty cool.

Perfect Aim is also difficult to point out, except when Gene misses a ball (which isn't often) and then he moves in such a radical fashion everyone in the world (that knows Perfect Aim) knows he is really bearing down with the PERFECT AIM technique. :yeah:
I know a lot of people would love to be the next guy to travel around with you. I know that I am out because I smoke and I just wouldn't want my information out there. I am much more of a low-profile kind of player. Not sneaky per say just low-profile. I do however have the perfect idea for a motorhome full of girls and playing pool around the country but that would be a different kind of reality show I guess.

Only until someone from the IRS watched and saw all that money changing hands, without paying taxes. Something like the "moonshiners" on Discovery, I am surprised they haven't been shutdown yet. Would be cool to watch though. Have to have a lot of barkin to satisfy the viewers.

This thread certainly reads like a soap opera. The goal of the thread was to see if Geno could build a champion in a month or two.
Zach gets a job offer -- in of all places, Australia. Zach shows his dedication to becoming a road player by saying adios at the first offer he gets. No wait -- something happened and now Zach's coming back to us? The saga continues.
