Wow cuefan86 is back with 100% feedback

He contacted me through the site. I inquired about a scruggs he had. He said he had sold it but gave me a list of others for sale

There will always be another cue like what he has for sale eventually. Don't jump the gun especially with a seller that has scammed someone.

Wait a few weeks, you never know what kind of amazing cue will show up on this forum from a seller that will actually send you a cue.

I've been watching and he hasn't posted anything so I was wondering how you heard that he had a Scruggs. Also wondering if the Bill McDaniel that he stole from me was one of the cues he mentioned to you. Most likely not, since it's a little too soon for that. On the otherhand he is such a braizan lying thief, nothing he could do at this point would shock me. For those looking for an update, nothing new, he's still right here like a stalker hiding in the bushes with no guts to post. If it takes years, I will get some satisfaction. Anyone trying to make a deal with him would be nuts. I got no warning. He thinks if he keeps denying stealing my cue that it will all just go away, but he is wrong. He needs to go away. Too many people know me in the cue world Chris Wood, there's no where to hide. Be a Man Chris Wood (cuefan86) Send my Cue back.

I just bought a mike Webb cue on ebay here's the item # 170978935279 but the weird think was after searching I found that this cue belongs to cuefan86 i got worried so then i send him a couple of emails thru ebay to ask for my trk# but didn't get a reply till the 4th email and then he starting to explain nothing but non sense I just told him to refund my money. This guy is full of xxxxx

That's just too weird. Same guy? This bum just a full time bullshitter?? Same city, same phone. Request full user ID info from ebay on your seller, although he has no feedback, nothing else for sale, and oddly, goes by the handle 'poolrod'.
 
i guess for me the bigger issue would be how, if someone reported negative feedback, he is back with 100% feedback?!? does someone (Howardthedick, for instance) know for sure that he had a negative feedback at one point? if so, perhaps one of the moderators can explain to us how that negative feedback was removed if Howard's cue has not been returned to him...

if the feedback system is supposed to mean anything, it needs to accurately reflect the feedback assigned by the users, and shouldnt be changed unless the situation which caused the negative feedback has been rectified...

He said he lost my tracking. then after a week he did not know what i was talking about. He looking at this thread right now but he will not say anything. He is a thief. make sure and give him bad feeback on ebay.
 
Looks like cuefan86 is at 83% Itrader feedback, but he was able to leave a negative for my friend Greg which pisses me off.
The guy steals a nice McDaniel cue from a good guy, and still has the balls to leave him a negative.
If I notice this creep cuefan86-Chris Woods trying to do any business, anywhere, I will get involved in a big way.
In fact I wish he would post something for sale just so I could screw it up for him.

Yep that the solution. I don't think its fair that the mods get involved in arbitrating iTrader disputes or cue deals. They profit zero from these deals and really just post the most rudimentary rules for how we behave,and really aren't part of our deals. As you suggest, I think its on the members to police the site, and if you want to ruin this joker's For Sale threads, I think you have every right to.

I thought it was wrong when the mods somehow decided to retract the feedback for cuefan that Greg had left. It looks like they rethought their position, stepped back and let their members duke it out. I think that's the right decision, you either have to arbitrate 100% of the time or none of the time, this selective, knee-jerk (with no established rules really) way of doing it benefits nobody.

Cuefan86 ripped off a friend of mine for a Bill McDaniel cue to be honest.
I also give a crap, so that makes at least three of us.
It's odd to find someone who thinks calling out a scamming little thief is nonsense.
