Meucci collection

I have a long road to hold lol. The rest of them are in TN/MS at my ranch house. I think I made a typo earlier, I have 224, I will have 324 some day though lol

Actually the number was 334, you posted 10 cues leaving 324, plus the 100-cue typo, which leaves 224 more Meucci's to post.
I was wondering about your numbers.
200-235 Meucci's is about average, but over 300 is getting up there.

The white stuff in Meucci cues, what kind of material is? It's plastic?

Nice cues, I like the Meucci white style.

MeucciMan,

I've came into 2 Meucci cues could you help me identify them if based on this picture? The other one is exactly the same but Ivory color. Any information regarding around when they were made, maybe an estimated value (not selling them), or just your personal opinion on them would be great.

Thanks,
Rob

What you have is a "European" model. Made most likely in the 90's and average resale on them is 125.00 each.

Thanks for the heads up it does look an awful lot like the E-2. Only difference is that the one in the catalog pic looks a lot more like a marble swirl type pattern where the one I have is more of a dotted type pattern but that could be just the way it appears in the catalog photo. Here.

MeucciMan79...That is quite a Meucci collection. There's a collector in Des Moines IA who has a whole bunch, but I don't know if it's 200+! Back in the day, Randyg collected Palmers. At his height, his collection numbered 1100 cues...all Palmers! All are gone now, save a few really collectable ones. Many posters here helped him "divest" his collection, when he wanted to sell out!

1100 cues :yikes: I wanna be like him when I grow up ;)

I admire your dedication. Someone needs to sit down with Bob and get his official history - he was responsible for many innovations in the industry.

Well that is what I have been doing for the past few years. In the past few years we have only begun to scratch the surface lol

Yes I hit a 3 when I meant to hit a 2 lol

Yeah Rob they are Euro's, I have a couple them, they are a econo cue but great cheaper cues.

Meucciman! I love the third and eighth down from the top!
I have and use them too!

My wife is going to end up killing me. I keep looking at Meucci cues. I've been hitting one since I started playing in the 80's. I started on a hand me down Meucci sneaky pete that I foolishly left in my car on a hot summer day. I'm still kicking myself for that.

I know the rep of Meucci isn't necessarily what it used to be but they make some beautiful cues and I can't help my need in wanting them. Time to hit ebay and keep an eye out in the Buy thread.

Oh god. What have you awoken in me MeucciMan?

My meucci

This is my 80-7 wish I could take better pictures, maybe later.

So I was a little bit wrong the ivory one isn't exactly the same and currently the it's the stick my cousin is using. I had him send me a picture. Is this also a from the european line? It doesn't look the same as the catalog picture.

Autumn Falls series, just a different color variation. Probably newer than the European. Same value 125.00 or so.
