Obviously this is completely up to Justin, and whether or not CJ would actually want to compete.

If he can show up at 75% of the speed I've seen in older videos, then I think it could end up being a decent match.

How did he do at Tunica last year?

I'd pay to see CJ play a TAR match for sure.

I don't know. Did he even play? Not sure how you can compare Tunica to a TAR match.

We all know you aren't CJ's biggest fan, but this question has absolutely nothing to do with what he's done on this forum and how it's affected people. It's simply to see if people think he would provide a good match up.

If you don't think he would, then just vote "No" and move on.

Well, it's just a matter of what he's done competitively lately, that's all. Shooting on your home table, releasing edited videos is one thing. I was just wondering, since he said he was there, how he did.

Fair enough. Still though, I'm sure you understand there is a difference in tournament play and an exhibition match on TAR. Especially when said tournament was almost a year ago.

I voted no. There are so many current top players that I'd rather see, so few TAR matches. Take the upcoming Alcano-Shaw match. Justin really set a nice one up there IMO, I can hardly wait.

Now, if there was a TAR match every weekend, sure, I'd pay to see CJ match up with somebody. Maybe with Ronnie or Max, playing American Rotation?

Tells us Lou

I'm sure you know how he did in Tunica. If he had done well you would
not have brought it up. So let us all know.

No!

I'm with Sloopy Pockets on this one. If he starts playing and wnning, then fine, but not because of a few video's. We all know he can make balls and that he used to play a very high speed..., but that was then and this is now....,

I would really like to see CJ and Mike Deshaine play.

that would be VERY interesting, I say that because of a comment I heard @ breakfast at the M-Cup this past year. I wont repete what was said, I dont feel it was meant as a knock, it just was said-a hair out of line but not unforgivable.

On this topic, JCIN if you see this let me know, I'd like to help make this match happen. But thats up to you CJ and MD.

Lou,

Was his 29 ball run into one pocket edited?

Does not matter. We wont see any from Lou edited or not. CJ runs more balls in one pocket than Lou does in six. In the poolroom we might say some like is named Jack. Just Another Clueless Knocker.

It really depends on what CJ shows up, but there are 3 players from this past year's US team that I think CJ would be a small favorite against.

MD is one of them. Not a knock at MD. I just think you'd have to take into consideration the battle of experience and mental game, which CJ wins both.

How do you like those apples? You do like apples don't ya louie?

You're just a breath of sunshine st lou. glad you got control of your "man crush". ;)

I'll still give you the last 4 playing 9 or 10 ball and shoot EVERY shot with the TOI and you can have "all of the cue ball".
