For the first time in a long time, I did not buy corned beef for St. Paddy's day. I still have time to go out and get it tomorrow, I guess. I do love corned beef and cabbage.

Boy, that corned beef and cabbage looks great.
Even if it isn't and never was a traditional Irish fare.

Not in Ireland anyway.

My wife, mother in law and other relatives don't remember ever eating it.

But, cabbage is very healthy for you. I eat tons of it.

Thats the nice part of every day. You can learn something new.
