Nothing like good leather,this one looks a lot like the one Paul Newman had in the movie

The more I look at it the more I like it, a very nice case imo.

So nice shades in the leather, or do you say grain?!?! hmmm, whatever - doesn´t really matter - it says a lot anyway and that´s what matter.

Great case work and great ordering work, cooperation in the fullest.

Chrippa, It really did have some very cool grain in the leather and it made it look pretty cool when it was dyed. No I haven't done any butterfly cases, maybe someday when I get caught up a little.

Another sharp case.....only the best coming out of Rusty's shop !! :thumbup:

Great lines and pure class. Will there be a strap and how does the pocket attach to case?

The pocket has a clip that I forgot to get in the picture, it can be clipped to the hinge on the lid or to the d-rings on the pocket. Thank you for your comment!

I received the case today and it is everything I asked for and more. Besides the beauty of it the construction is rock solid and built to outlast me! I believe this case could fall from an airplane and protect my cues when it lands! For all of those who liked the color, Rusty told me it looks better in person than in the pictures and he is dead on. I am really happy I went with his color recommendation, and as you can tell, very delighted with the case.

Yes. The leather is wrapped very tightly around the tubes. The two butt tubes match up perfectly with the 3 shaft tubes so it makes a square. That is the first thing Rusty checked before agreeing to make this case. He did not want any movement with the tubes - ever.

Are the tubes padded so the cues don't move?!

You are correct. I thought the AZ'er was wanting to know if the tubes move within the case. Although there is very little if any cue/shaft movement within the tubes. Very similar to an older Justis or Whitten. I've had many cases with and without tubes and I have been happy either way. Basically all I do is walk from my car to the pool room. The cases I have seen made by you are beautiful and look to be very well designed.

Hey pal, I don't think you have any business here in my thread with your negativity and I don't think anyone ask your opinion on protection. If you want I'll start pointing out some things I see in your threads on your cases.

Only problem with cases that hold the cues tight are that the silicon or rubber type wraps, of many break cue wraps that are out today, wont slide into those cases at all.

No need to cast a shadow here. Rusty makes beautiful cases which protects cues and I dont see the arguement of movement or no movement. I own a beautiful tube case and have no problems!
