Hall of Fame plus...

I'm sure I'm not the first to suggest this, but I'd like to see a separate "Hall of Fame" for those who have created instructional materials...books, videos, etc.

These folks never get the credit they're due for their contribution t the sport.

It would be a great addition to an updated edition of the BCA Rules & Records book.

Yes, he is...

I believe Robert Byrne's is in the Hall of fame

Yes, he is. I think there are others that should be as well. I just think a different "Hall" would be nice, just as there's one for cue makers (is George Balabushka the only cue maker worthy of recognition in the BCA Hall?).
I'd suggest separate Halls for:
Players
Cue Makers
Instructors and other authors
Pioneers such as Ben Nartzik, John Hyatt and John Brunswick

Aren't Mr. Rambow and Mr. Brunswick both in the BCA hall of fame?
I don't disagree that a "better" HOF could exist.

That's what I was thinking but wasn't sure. His books had a huge impact on my game when I was a teenager. Byrne's Advanced Technique in Pool and Billiards was the first one I owned. (I thought I was advanced at the time, lol)
