Predator Uni-Loc

What IS that thread size on the uni-loc? 3/8x10?

to few threads to measure:-)

But seriously the number before the x is the thickness (f.ex. 3/8 inches) and the number after the x is number of threads per inch.

I am not familar with the numbers for the uni-loc, it is normally just known as uni-loc. It is a trademark and patented design. Have a look at www.uni-loc.com and send Atlas a mail regarding thread size:-)

NB: I wouldn't use the pin without the proper insert though..

he makes joint protectors and he got an order for 2 sets of j.p.'s for uniloc joints.he's trying to make them as easy as possible.3/8x10 fits into the brass insert but the pin doesn't fit into the tapped hole.and he does know what 3/8x10 means.

oh, I didn't get that. Sorry. If you find a solution, please share it with us. I do also have some uni-loc cues, and the pin and insert are a bit expensive for jps...

Have a nice weekend,

Tell him to spend the money and get the correct parts.
If he won't use the proper, easily obtainable pin and insert.....
