Can anyone identify this cue?

A girl on one of my pool teams has this cue that her dad gave her years ago. No one seems to know what it might be and was wondering if someone here might be able to help! Thanks in advance.

Imgur Album.

Edit: Just to add a few things:

The wrap is not original, she had it re done some time back.
There are five points all at different heights.
It feels relatively thin.

Hello. I do not know who made it. Are those letters on the white on the very bottom? And check the brass pilot on the shaft for letters as I think I seen the letter J on it

I didn't see any letters on it anywhere. The stuff that you are seeing on the bottom of it is just rubber as the rubber is kind of falling apart. It seems like a pretty old cue to me.

Whatever it is it looks pretty cool. I like it except for the big rubber bumper...

I agree, the ones I seen are flat faced 5/16 x18, with a nylon insert, and that's not a Huebler bumper.

@OP,
Can you take a picture of the pin that goes with that piloted shaft? What's underneath the bumper? Is there a weight bolt or solid wood. That may also give more clues so others can help you identify what you have.

Not a Huebler.....

I'm not sure what it is though....

In the photo album I linked there are pictures of underneath the bumper and an upclose of the threaded pin that goes into the shaft. Under the bumper was all white except for the bolt. All the black you see is rubber that has worn off. The cue is in kind of rough shape but it looks like it used to be a beauty in it's prime. There was clearly some care put into it.
