Four Bears Classic Tourney failing to return entry fees

Didn't read your rant....but anytime your dealing with casinos, its Always about cash. If you expect the wheels of fairness of a casino mindset to be the same as any Other business, you've got allot to learn. If the paypal worked, drop it, move on....

well its not casino buisness, its not a casino event, we the committee put on this tournament, not everyone here has oil money.. you got your refund, and i sent your horses refund too , even tho he could have attended and didnt show up. you brought our tourney into your threats, and made it our buisness, if you would of left it alone when i told you it was all good , it would of been all good, but you kept on, so it is what it is. you dont have to worry about attending ever again . this years decision was made to ensure the safty of our players, sponsors and tournament. so i hope this is the end of it.

It is only a rant to those who don't know the facts...u make statements with no proof and you refuse any rebuttal to my statements because you are dead wrong on all accounts and I have every message saved to prove it! Nothing was said or done after our phone conversation...maybe a delay in you getting your info....our phone conversation was on Monday and Wednesday I got the call from committee...check your supposed resources there hot rod? Quit being a punk and back up what u say. I made it clear I received the money FINALLY. However I still find it coincidental that did t happen until the post here on AZ. Exactly why is it again that it didn't happen in the month before that after weekly promises by you that it was gonna. Oh ya because I called you out on AZ!!! Its alright to be a punk ass ***** if u are just willing to admit that is what u did! Nobody will hate you for that! The only reason you don't want me back is because you know you treated me unfairly and stuck your nose where it did t belong. I wouldn't want to see me either after that...be honest or back up your phony claims is all I am saying!!! You won't because you can't and karma is a ***** just like you!!!

Furthermore it is OK for your buddy from down the road to screw me out of hundreds of dollars but not OK for me to be upset about it....unlike you we are men and we had it worked out before and without your committee full of drunks even got involved!!! Rest assured even tho I am banned for life now....hahahahahaha....that we will meet someday down the road and you will be put on front street and held accountable for not only your actions but for hour flapping gums! Over 20 years of support for your event....ya when you were still shitting green Ray and you ban me because you are ashamed of your decision making??? Rest assured you guys will flop out on this event when the only people are attending are those hired guns you have bribed into playing by paying their expenses and catering g the whole event to them!!!

You act like the event is out to get you, but then you acknowledge that you were treated the same as others, with respect to your alleged complaint: the failure to return your $.

Nobody's perfect, individuals or organizations. Just the way life is, don't get stuck on life's speed bumps.

But an organization that has information that indicates its population may be harmed can be held $responsible$ if it fails to take reasonable measures to protect said population from the threat. Even if not found liable for the harm, Lawyers is gon' get paid. Guaranteed the casino is the deep pocket and must protect itself.
 
It's a private event

So you either take it or leave it. If they ban you that's it. They don't have to be fair...if you make threats you are out. Now go start your own tournament, on the same weekend and show them who's the boss!

4bears classic will be bigger and better next year, we will be adding more to the women's, men's and 9 ball event, we cater to all players and invite all respectable players, pro`s and non pro's, we are here to provide a venue to pool players to enjoy and compete with the best in the world, we have always put our players first and will continue to to our best abilities
