I need a tip you can shoot AND break with. HELP!!

I much prefer to break and shoot with the same cue, I am looking for a tip that won't change shape because of the force used on the break, I have easy access to some Water Buffalo's (the short ones), would they retain their shape? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you shooters!!!.....................edit: I have no idea why I posted this in the Canadian section, maybe I need some tips on posting too!!! Agggghhhh

HI, I have sold a lot of tips from Tom, ultra layered tips, to 3c players and they just love them. Mostly H and HH and they hold shape and plays great and they really takes some beating from these guys.
Great tips and they will most likely suit your needs.

Contact pooldawg8 here on the forum. His tips are cheap and the best tip I've had about holding shape.....period. I break with mine on my cue and NO change whatsoever. Do a search and you will find tons of info on them.

They are on all of my cues and I had Ultraskins on my cues before the duds. I'll never use another tip.
 
yep, the milk duds or the ultraskin HH work great for that. I break + shoot with a 314 and rarely scuff much less reshape my tip

where can I get this ultraskin tips?does it come in medium?how much do they cost?
 
I'll throw my Ki-Tech mediums into that ring against everything mentioned... They are engineered to maintain hardness thru their life... Most I have seen one change so far is about 4 pts on a shore D durometer... If you have a monster break you might harden it up a little more.. I know the soft I have been using for the last month including breaking with it hardened up 4pts as well from what it tested new.... Marbles were do you live as i would like you to try out the ultra skins, i have them on a couple cues that one has been using to break the other for playing
 
I appreciate the offer but I scored myself a couple of old hard moori's from an old pal, I wouldn't even consider changing now........Im in a very happy place!!
