Here is a warning for all pool accociated people that could come in contact with professional scam artist David King, who is now calling himself "Dillon Kegan". He's scammed me out of money along with many others. Here's a recent photo linking him to this current alias. He has warrants against him from me in FL.

I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, but he looks like a major douche and not trust worthy.

Sorry you got scammed.

That's definitely Dave's FB profile. I noticed it a few days ago myself. I've never personally had any problems with "Stick-a-Day" Dave but I would advise against taking a check from him, or Dillon.

i can verify that dave king is a thief ! he hung aroung the albany ny area for about 6 months and played in a couple of joss tournaments. he befriended Brian the house man here at the golden cue in albany. he was going to a tournament in nyc and told brian that he would have a leather wrap put on his $1,200.00 schon cue.....you know the rest. he never returned. so i would say he is a thief. there is also a warrant for him here in albany ny....some day he is going to get his and come across the wrong person and he deserves what ever he gets. he hangs around an area for awhile and gets what ever he can and then takes off.... i asked a guy from ohio if he knew him and he said to stay away from him. to bad this was after the fact.................mike

You got that 100% right years ago I played out of jacks in Middletown. He's another joke by the way scam ya on any cue if he's given the opportunity. But famous oh stick a day Dave. Aww the memory's of him throwing barrels an running out pool balls to keep from taking a arse whooping.

He's a scammer

Yes, this man David King is a major con artist. I have been with him for the past year. He is in the Denver, CO area. He goes by his real name David King or Dillon Kegan or Dakota Cameron. I met him in FL where he scammed me out of thousands by using my personal bank information and fooled me into other things. He goes around pool rooms using different names because he knows people don't trust him. It has come to my attention that he tends to claim he was an Inside Pool Magazine employee but was actually never employed there. He volunteered to commentate and is wanted by the company. He also was in a tournament in Tallahase, FL were he scammed his stake horse. A man named Eddie placed him in the tournament trusting David that he would pay him back. Eddie payed for David's two entry fees, hotel stay, gas, food, and other expenses. David lost two and out in the first tournament and got in the money in the 2nd. David dipped on Eddie and didnt pay a dime back. He scammed Eddie out of almost 3 grand if not more. He takes people's pool supplies and belongings. If you turn away for a second he will take it. He may be heading to the California area, "Hard Times" in L.A.. Or Missouri, Ohio, Indiana. Beware of him he knows how to charm his way into people's pockets. He comes off as an incredibly nice person but it's all an act to gain your trust just so he can swindle you, then ditch you.

good ole Dave King. He has been in the ohio area off and on for the 15 years that I have known him. Sounds like he has been busy.

Something is wrong here, I assume u dated him......
if you was with him for the last year you are guilty by association for the crimes he committed... Im sure It's against the laws in all states to be a accomplice to a crime. Why are you just now hanging out the dirty laundry?

an accomplice is quite different than an associate. You can associate with whomever you want -That's your right under the first amendment. The only associate crime is if you are part of a larger criminal conspiracy or such.

If we had someone like this in my area back in the day he wouldn't get to another area. People know this guy and no one steps up to straighten him out. Unbelievable. Break his hands for stealing and air barreling and break his kneecaps so his running away days are over...or BANG. Johnnyt

Well first of all I had no idea he was doing these things until after I spoke with people about it. Then I broke up with him. He played me like a fiddle and I had no clue what was going on. I have never even played pool or watched a tournament until I met him so I am no accomplice or associate if he scammed me worse than anyone else. Get the story straight.
