Nice set up. I bet they play really well.

You don't have to have a "custom" cue to play well. These are very nice.

always be proud of ur weapons...u don't need to own a searing...showman... murrel... mobley... lambros... Tonkin ... Wayne ... to play good... but when u do have one of those I mentioned... it's another planet;)...pool is great ... brings friends together n it gets u new friends for life...I love pool

It doesn't have to be a custom cue in order to play well....for you. Don't buy into the hype....I have had a higher end custom cue that played like ka-ka for me, more reasonably priced ones that played lights out for me, and for the last year, I have been playing with a 27 yo battle-scarred Helmstetter, that I do quite well with.

If your skill-set is solid, you can play well with just about anything. The only advantage of ordering custom is that YOU get to pick the specs and designs and woods you would like in a cue uniquely yours....but that does not guarantee that you will play better as a result.

Congrats on the new set-up, it should service you just fine for many years to come...with a little care.

Thank you very much. This LE 2000 has turned into the best playing cue I've ever owned, including customs, and is quickly becoming my favorite.

McDermott M16A Sedona w/2 maple shafts.
Fell in love with this one simply due to the design. A true beauty in my eyes :)

My regular bar cue

Cuetec R360. R360 and OB Classic Pro Shafts-Cuetec Jump Cue
$175 cue that has easily paid for herself on the table. Definitely holds her own against anything in the house.

Thank you. I've owned some higher end cues (Scruggs, TNT, Bludworth), but for me, the feel just wasn't there. I really don't think that I could even have a cue made that suits me better than the LE 2000. I guess that's what's most important.

In my books MEZZ is the BEST production cue manufacturer...their work is really good and their cue plays excellent too. Don't have to be custom to be a worthy cue...Higher end MEZZ aka the Exceed series is probably considered a semi custom cue and that cue's workmanship can put ALOT of custom cue makers' work to shame...

Just really curious though...why Pred shafts on a Mezz Butt? Hehe it's a funny combo, not that it plays wrong or anything, just curious...but ofcourse MEZZ did make a LE run for Pred before so your set up won't be that weird after all :)

To be honest, the 314 & Z2 came with the cue when I bought it, which was a really great deal for the entire package. I'm getting ready to sell both, as I don't care for the feel. I bought a Hybrid Pro II, which isn't pictured. I'm also looking forward to trying the new Mezz WX900 shaft, that's supposed to come out in Aug.
