Common sense will get you banned around these parts...
He is being moderated because this is a "new" member name for him. He has had other member names, but like Earl Strickland, he probably forgot his password and/or e-mail address he was using at the time he created it if it was 10 or more years ago.
AzBilliards has changed their forum rules for new members. They must post a certain amount of times before they are given free rein to post on the forum. That's number one.
Number two, I have been informed privately in the past when this topic came up that the AzBilliards administrative staff would prefer these topics be hashed out elsewhere, other than this forum, for legal reasons. In other words, it is their belief that this kind of colloquy is not suitable material for AzBilliards Discussion Forum.
Maybe it's time to take this discussion to Facebook or elsewhere. Whether you are for or against or neutral on this topic, it might be a good thing to not go against the wishes of the forum administration.

It's just the forum software is now set up that way. If he was able to access his previous forum identity from a few years ago when he posted on this forum, he could post with free rein, no problem. I do not believe he is being singled out. All new members go through the same rigmarole now, due to banned members posting as well as a member who posts under multiple identities.

I don't remember him posting a few years ago. Since you do maybe you could clue us in as to what his previous forum identity was?
He posted in a thread promoting Jimmy Reid. I'll see if I can find it, but it's been a long while. I actualyl did see it a few months ago.
Sometimes people join a website with an e-mail, and years pass that they don't use that e-mail. Then if they need to access that website, they sometimes can't remember the e-mail to have the password sent to. I know it has happened to me before, and it's real PITA.
Let me do a search on this forum and I'll see if I can provide a link, okay?

Now I remember after clicking on the links. Thanks, I had forgotten he used his name and he probably did forget his password. I have to write all of mine down or I would be locked out of most of the places that I visit.

You're right, it would be more entertaining. But if Max can't show up here and back his mouth and collect an easy grand, I doubt that he would play Tor for 1K, even if he had it, which I doubt.
No doubt he would have to make a thread asking for a backer which is par usual for him anyway.
You can be sure that Max has read this thread. He just doesn't have what it takes.

Seeing someone being successful would not inspire me to make a post alerting friends to stolen material. I am a fan of success, even in businesses similar to mine. It is the stealing of Jimmy Reid's system that is at the heart of this for me, although there is much more that Jimmy has outlined and cannot fit in this forum. Even the name of "Tor's system" sounds like Jimmy's previously named X-corner/X-side banking at Zero diamond kicking system.
Jimmy told me that he took Tor to Grover's where he showed Tor his X-corner/X-side banking at Zero diamond kicking system, all with the same numbers as the system in Tor's program. He said Tor did not understand the system when he explained it so they went to the pool hall.
Then later he asked Tor not to take his Diamond Club installation disk which had the diamond system on there, which Tor had picked up and was about to take. He said Tor took it later anyway and when confronted later Tor later said sorry it was "an accident."
Jimmy said he invented this system and Tor says something like diamond systems are just out there for all of us to find and teach however we want... and that he has been playing 30 years and found it somewhere else and that it is not Jimmy's etc etc...
Where was "Tor's" kicking system before he flew to Jimmy's in 2012 and he put Tor up at his place?
Also he said Tor created a youtube account in his name without his permission and that there were no dvds for sale on his site for a while when there should have been, and that his daughter is bad with computers and was not the webmaster.
Jimmy is also offering Tor $4,000 and $40,000 worth of dvd sets plus a Gulyassy cue if Tor agrees to take a lie detector test and answer a list of questions Jimmy has for him.
I don't see the misunderstanding or mix up that some people post about.

Tor would be insane to play eberle any game at all straight up.

Is everything on your DVDs self taught? If not, are you sending money to the people who taught you? As you point out, this seems to be the main contention.
To me this is really simple, can somebody copyright a banking system? What if somebody bought a DVD from Jimmy and used a hybrid of his system and another? Are they still in the wrong? What if I decided to make some material where I teach using inside spin on all shots? You see what I am getting at?
I haven't seen Tor's kick system but I have seen his free 8ball/9ball secrets video. Not only is he a very good teacher he is one heck of a video editor. Something that maybe could be leveraged by some other people who seem to be intimidated by his material.

Tor made Jimmy a UTube account. How is this a criminal activity? I have a Tube account. I bet most members here have one. If Tor was helping Jimmy out with his site, why wouldn't he make a Tube account for him. He posts videos on UTube and gets hits on his site. How is that wrong in any way. Increases traffic to your site. Isn't that what a Web Master is supposed to do for you?

I know I really don't need to chime in but this isn't a matter for the forum. As far as this is concerned its just he said she said until a court decides who stole what. What these threads do is try and tarnish reputations and get everyone riled up, which we all know there's enough of that already
Which is why the owners of AZ would probably prefer not have these type of threads made on their site.

But, as long as people start them, members are going to post in them.

Sure, they claim to stick together and be tight. I'd really doubt that the majority of the Pro Players would take the time to pee on each other if they were on fire.
They're only tight when it suits their needs.
