I watched BB for the first time yesterday and I have to say I quite enjoyed it.
You can certainly see why the one pocket players are doing well.

That being said I think they have a massive hill to climb to make it a profitable venture, but I certainly applaud them for giving it a shot.
 
Diamond 69,Yes I do know this as a fact.I am friends with several players.A top player said he is owed over 4k. BB promised to pay backpay tomorrow.We will see!!! I have been a player and observer of pool for over 30 years.I love the game and do not want the players to suffer again like they did in IPT scam.

Well, I sure hope they get paid. I'm surprised it's been kept a secret up til now if they weren't paying as planned.

I hope they get paid and that this venture continues for a while- I was planning to attend the Miami/NY match up in person on July 18- hope it lasts at least until then!

I have no problem with android devices. I understand how the world is shaping up. It's the Apple mentality that drives me crazy. Why would anyone want to belong to that limiting proprietary cult is beyond me. And pay extra for it to boot. Well I cannot fathom why anyone would smoke their first cigarette either so I may just be dull and out of touch.

I used to feel the same way, but I do not anymore. Apple doesn't cost that much more and they just work... PCs and Androids are like adding drama and Apple is like getting rid of the drama. I will not go back anytime soon.

This is an equipment question. I've seen a couple bad rolls while watching casually while also doing other things.

How many have you seen? I know you're watching it closely. Should they make the switch to Diamond? I know they wouldn't do it mid season, but I think they need to seriously rethink their equipment before the 2nd season.

If I had to bet, I would guess the pros have commented on the roll offs about 87 times so far.

I have a 9 foot Brunswick at home that I have not seen or had an opponent who is gambling with me comment once on a roll off in 3 years.

It's really sad. Especially since Bonus Ball requires soft shots like one pocket.

Well hopefully they do something about it soon. When as a viewer you see it plain as day, that's not good for the production in general.
