says his name is thomas scott his phone #is 512-619-9102 has been calling waking me and my kids up at between 1-4;00 am. he text me 2 nights in a row at 2 am told him i had a sick little girl and he still blew my phone up keeps a couple ids here on az and claimes he is close personal friends with terry here on az ( the huebler collector) but i think terry is to honest to be known with him... please dont fall for this guy and his scams and he does not care about anything but tormenting people... any help on this so i can contact the police to press charges

just show you what ive been dealing with for weeks and he wont stop! HELP AZERS

HELP before i hurt somone ... my buddy is trying to find info on him also about bad funds!... he has threatened to try to ruin my rep any way he can and i dont even know who or what he is except he has been blowing up my phone and i did not even respond to him because i was warned about him and now he is harassing me Beware az sellers it seems like my fault is i sell cues and he buys them lol

Sounds like you've been sc5'd
Typically you only hear about Thomas Scott causing problems in the action room.
It's unusual to see him in cue deals, but it's good to know he's still around, I wonder what his new AZ name is.
sc5thom appears on most of the "bad action" reports that have been generated over the years.
 
The name rings a bell...

That's the infamous SC5 from the action room. He's had several different AZ names by now...good luck Bill! :)

yea i contacted my buddy at the police station he got all his info , he apparently sells 2nd hand furniture and does not have a life..we filed a report here in mich and the dectives are contacting austin police --he has blown up my phone 11 times since the first post and we gave fair warning so now we have a harassment charge! wow this cat is a brainless wonder and keeps digging a hole. all i did was have a huebler and did not want to sell it!!!! thanks jermey sounds like you met him lol
 
I told this idiot that my daughter was sick with a fever and sleeping next to me and he woke her !! so he is so kind and compassionate for a sick baby that he responded with 3 blocked calls and this text the calls after it are the austin police and our police!

When a scammer is lurking around the forum, it is good for people to know about it.
For instance, if a terrorist is hiding out in your neighborhood, wouldn't it be good to know about it?
No, it's not good that he is a terrorist, and no, it's not good that he is around your neighborhood, but it is good to know that he is around your neighborhood.
Personally, I didn't think my comment insinuated any complicity to harassment, in fact my comment was actually on topic, unlike your comment attacking me in some weird goody two-shoes fashion.
 
Yes he already has threatened to ruin my rep saying I sell warped cues...and he said his best friend terry had his back. And that he would have a new az name by the end of the week and I was toast. Iam thinking iam going to turn him in to his parole officer. terry is a stand up guy here on az and very knowledgeable and trustworthy and I can not see that! It is all right to come at me but when he goes out of his way to make my ill little one more uncomfortable he just opened a can of worms that can't be put back

I recently got a pm from "pool aholic" about my Silver Cross Huebler cue, and it must of been Thomas Scott as well.
He was banned before he could respond back to me.
You can typically tell that it is sc5 because it's so obvious that he is just trying to get his post count up to 50, so he can participate in the action room.
Many people have had similar harassment from sc5.

I had a now banned member, CTR3, wanting to buy a Custom Shop from me.
Must have been one of his aliases; busy guy.
