Here we go. A rematch of TAR #1 with an all around format. Corey Deuel taking on Shane VanBoening November 1-3, 2013. 8 Ball. 9 Ball, and 1 Pocket. Available live on streaming PPV.

All games are rack your own with a traditional rack played on the TAR Diamond 4.5 x 9 table. The schedule is as follows:
EDIT: SCHEDULED CHANGED TO THE FOLLOWING
November 1: One Pocket Race to 8
November 2: 8 Ball Race to 30
November 3: 9 Ball Race to 30

Start time is 6PM Pacific each day. The prize fund is $5000. The winner of each day gets $1000 and the loser $500. Whoever wins the all around gets a $500 bonus.

This is a match that I have had in the back of my mind for a long time. It worked out that now it will actually happen. Hopefully everyone that is interested will join us next month for what I think will be a great match.

EDIT: I have changed the order of play for the games around from the original line up. Some people brought up a good point that having the One Pocket on Sunday would be a pain for people because it could run long and they have to work early. To address that I have moved the One Pocket to Friday, 8 Ball on Saturday and 9 Ball on Sunday. Start time was pushed back to 6 PM Pacific each day as well because Corey has to play a Bonus Ball match on Saturday and the normal 5 PM start would cut it too close.

Been wanting to see this for a LONG time! Hope Corey brings some serious Heat, and it's just a knock down, drag out brawl to the finish!!!!

Sign me up for this one!!!!

I think one hole's the only game Corey doesn't stand a chance in. The other two games he is capeable of an extremly high caliber of play.

I think it's a dead shake on all games. 1 hole CD might even have a slight edge. He is one of the most creative shooters EVER. I think he recently won a pretty important 1p event too... Shane's won that one a couple times though too... I LOVE THIS MATCH!!!:thumbup::thumbup:

AWESOME

I'm looking forward to watching this!

Corey is not an underdog in the 1P(I'm not sure how to spell it)

Thanks TAR!!!

If Corey comes to the match with his head focused on pool, it won't be a cake walk for Shane in ANY of the sets. IMO Shane is the favorite in 10 ball because of his break, 9 ball and 1 hole....flip it. Johnnyt

Go to the action room just before game time and you'll get all the action you want.... Corey will be a huge underdog in the one hole. I agree that he is very creative and has an awsome cueball (BUT) Shane can play some serious 1 pocket.

I'll be bettin' on this one :)

Actually... I think CD will be an underdog in all games. The line will probably be the closest in 8 ball.

Very cool.

So.. is the reason they are playing 9 ball because Corey would not play Shane 10 ball?
If that is an OK thing to answer, although it seems like really the only reason they are going to 9 ball for this one.

Would be fun to watch, both the long race in one game, several sets in one game and the all around format have their own pluses and minuses, I am glad there is some switching around happening.

TAR 1 put Grady and Billy in total awe of Shane's ability in 10 Ball, as well as the rest of us that saw that match. I have not seen a performance like that to pull ahead since the first two days of the Color Of Money match where Earl went ahead of Efren by like 20 games due to his break and run ability.

Thanks to JCIN...... this shit is awsome and would never happen without him. I gotta put some beer on ice a get a lil bag o reefer ready:thumbup:
