Cocobolo Titlist?????

Have you ever heard of a Cocobolo titlist. I bouaght two to convert ones Oak and the other looks and smells like Coco.

If you've just cut that, it's not Coco. Not the right color.
It is a Rosewood though. Maybe EI or hold on to your socks, BR.

Calm down fellas, lol. The cue was way too short to make a fullspice out of. And I don't think it was a 26 1/2. Got it from a guy on ebay, it was a green label willie hoppe.

What I do is cut about 3 1/2in off the back and then add enough handle to get it to 29in staying as far away from the splice as I can. Put the cut off piece back on and wrap it. If you stay far enough back it still plays like a fullsplice.

dd is right on

There are a couple different ways to keep a shorter full splice cue hitting like a full splice. There is no reason to take an antique full splice and make it a short splice.
