Looking at an old cue of unknown age or origin. Has initials 'pr' on the butt sleeve. Any info on brand or maker, possible age or value appreciated.

Hello. These have been on here before. If you do a search you may find them. Not much info on them, but believed to be imported cues with not a lot of value.

An importation cue. P R stands for Pen Ray.

I have one that I fixed up. They tend to look good and play well. As for value, not much.

As in, P R doesn't stand for Paul Rubino.

I like yours and would gladly add it to my Pen Ray collection.

Back in the day, sometimes the weight of the cue was adjusted by the length of the buttcap. A long one for heavy cues, a shorter one for lighter cue. This one has that heavy, old school look.

Ah, I've never heard that before, thanks!
