Playing at Gomez's race to 6 for 50 clams. I left him this shot! He's got 2 balls up 2-0. Forgot to mention 4" pockets and the table plays perfect.

Bank the 13 with high right ( not to make it)
...tuck whitey behind 12-ball
 
I would take a foul and soft kick to the end rail and put the cue ball behind the 12, trying to get as close to the 12 as possible.

Funny, I saw this one too, as the easiest shot to execute. But he has the safety valve up there as well, with the thirteen ball. I kind of like Beiber's kick under the eleven ball also. Properly executed this could work out well. Either way he has you in a jam here. Tough to win this game, unless you do something drastic.

Hey check this out. Bank the thirteen toward your pocket and leave the cue ball up table, preferably behind the twelve. That shot well executed could turn the game around. If you leave the cue ball on the side rail near the twelve, he has no shot at his hole. Provided you don't sell out a bank on the thirteen.

A lot to think about here, because he's got you in a bad spot with all those balls around his hole.

What about using the ten to clear out the 15-2 from his hole and stick the cb on the 6?
 
Play the billiard off the 3 and pocket the 2. You go down 3-0 but his advantage is gone.
 
If you left me that, I'd say your screwed. :)

Anyway... Play any combo which makes it easier to leave you frozen to the 12. Prob the #1.

Yeah, not the shot I would shoot.

The thing I don't like about going behind the 12, is the reply shot is too easy. The opponent only has to nudge the 12 a little, and even if he somehow doesn't hit a rail, it puts the OP in a much worse spot than he is here.

Obviously being biased, but I like my kick behind the 11 and to possibly move the 2 ball as well. Now the opponent still has a relatively easy safe by playing off the 6 and putting you behind the 10 and 1, but that's much easier to get out of than if you were stuck behind the 12.
 
I was playing Dave Gomez a very strong shooter. He banked the ball on th short rail toward his holee and stuck me on the 12. Forgot to mention 4" pocket size
