One more reason to love and support Diamond Billiard Products

Sounds like Diamond is a real class act. Im trying to get the authorization from the Mrs. to put an addition on the house to move my Gold Crown upstairs and add a Diamond Smart Table in too.:D

Justin,

I could not agree more. Per your instructions, I called and asked for Cody who was busy at the time of my call. He did call me back a short time after and processed my order for the Cyclop ball set.

He could have not been more helpful. He was professional, friendly and made me feel like a customer wants to feel, appreciated.

I kept him on the phone for a few more minutes with questions about getting the rails replaced on my 9' Diamond Pro. He answered all of my questions in the same friendly and professional manner. I can't say enough about Diamond. They are tops in my eyes and they do support the sport we all love passionately.

Thanks again for taking charge on getting the ball rolling with the Cyclop bulk purchase. Pun intended. :)

Sounds like Cody! He is awesome to deal with!!!

Still 7-8 guys that haven't placed their orders. If you want your ball sets, you have about 1.5-2 hours to get them. You have until 2pm est.

I ordered 2 sets Monday and they arrived yesterday. Great to deal with, and thanks for putting this together.

If those people that haven't placed their orders don't meet the deadline, can I take their spot?

sorry if you have already answered this elsewhere.

I got my stuff yesterday! Only got to play for half hour to an hour though. Initial impressions are GREAT! These balls roll true as can be, and seem to play just right. I really didn't notice the skidding problem everyone was talking about. I have Championship Tour Edition 30/30, and it is well broke in, about 6 months old. I intend to put in a long session in the near future. I will give a full review at that point.

Thanks again to all who got in on the bulk buy, and to Diamond Billiard Products, for hooking us AZB'ers up!!!

Just another example of why we all should support diamond Products

Greg Sullivan and Mark Griffith have done so much for pool over the years on top of making the best equipment ever for us to play on.

They showcase their great products at The Derby and other fabulous events around the country.

Can you imagine how much time and effort is spent planning and putting together all these great events for the players.

Thank You Greg and Mark for continuing to make this pool world of ours a better place to be.

Words can't even describe the whole magnitude of what they have done for pool, players and the game itself.

I'll see you some day soon Justin, at one of their great events I'm sure. Good Job !!!!!

Should know for sure tmrw night.

They are the pastel color and I will sell for what I paid...150 pickup or add 20 for shipping to the lower 50 states.

Also open to 150/ you send shipping slip.

Pm...first come first served

Awesome gesture!

My order didn't go as well others but the balls should be arriving tomorrow per Cody.
I placed the order last Monday but the balls shipped later that week. Shipping time
for the set wasn't great on my order but for the price, it could take 30 days and I'd
still be okay......I mean $150 is just a incredibly great price.

Ahah.....a little more than an hour after my above post, the doorbell rings.......UPS delivery....oops...foot in mouth.

The Cyclop pool balls arrived......shiny & new....and the box was also brand new, or looked that way.
Solid box construction, no peeling paper or bent corners etc.......I got lucky and I have an extra Aramith
carrying case anyway.....so far so good.......but I still submit the Brunswick Centennial series is more
handsome looking and as far as quality, I'll find out.

Aside from running the set through MRI equipment, I'm gong to do a side by side comparison with
a brand new Centennial set I have on the shelf as a back-up to the Centennial set I play with. By the way,
getting a Ballstar machine was one of the best investments I ever made.....jeez, clean pool balls are cool.

If anyone hasn't gotten theirs yet, I was patiently waiting for mine to arrive and finally called this morning to check on them. My order was never processed. I think Cody got a little overwhelmed with all our calls.
