So,I back him as well for bringing this issue to the forefront,in public.We deserve to know.Once,I contacted Scott and I am glad now I didn't decide to go with him.I had some doubts since he wasn't very professional from the very start althoug he was kind and friendly.

Well kids....As I said in the original post...Sam (Samdech) is a stand up guy PERIOD. If anybody knows the guys from Chicago pool world (i.e. Bobby Hunter, Ike Runnels, Sergio Perez, Chris Gentile, "PiggyBanks", Freddie the Beard, Jeff Carter etc..etc..)., ask them "if" they think it they think it is a good idea to "cheat" Big Sam?

Eventually Gracio cues is going to come out of the woodwork, maybe he's on a cruise or maybe he's really sick, who knows but give it a break.. I know your from Russia and all but theres no need for commuinsm in the main forum.

I am sure you can file a small claims case here and winning will be simple enough. If he has a taxable source of income you will get paid. If not contact the IRS and report him for tax evasion, they will look into it.

I am who pm'd him suggesting that he leave the "Walker" thread put up this new one with Scott Gracio's name front and center. I even recommended to him to include the red thumb pointed down.
The man has been far more patient than I could ever be and the reality is that he bought and paid for a cue that has not come. Now Scott Gracio has cut off all communications with his buyer.
There has been ample time and opportunity for Scott to respond and he has even been on here recently selling cues. That he has not made any attempt to respond is very telling.
We should all appreciate when something goes this wrong, that someone gives us a warning so we might avoid getting into the same situation.
Scott Gracio needs to make this right *very* soon.

What a great guy deanoc is!!I hope everything is cleared up for the buyer and I can understand times are tough for a lot of people but when you own your own business you MUST do any and everything to protect your reputation.Not doing so will only result in even harder times.
you're making an offer to "sell" (settle?) the debt owed by Scott Gracio to samdech if he calls you and it's "reasonable" then you want to put other conditions on it that the guy who it seems very likely is being ripped off "retract remarks that could damage his (scott's) reputation" and must also come with his "full and sincere forgiveness"?
And along with all of that you are questioning whether what samdech has said is really true?
