My Stolen cue is on eBay

Hey guys, if you're bidding on this cue please know that it is the one that Chris Wood stole from me a year ago. This pawn shop that has the cue listed on eBay is 10 miles away from where I shipped the cue to the thief. So if you're bidding you're bidding on my stolen cue. You can go to my post that shows the pictures of my the cue and there is no doubt that it is mine. I called the pawn shop and they're going to get back to me about it, but so far I haven't heard from them. They promised to call me before they closed and they are closed now, sooooo. I'm disgusted with this situation.
Thanks for listening,
Greg
Here's the link to the cue.

NO, because the police said it was a federal offense. I handled it through the post office. It's my cue for sure though!

pawn shop

My bud owns a pawn shop and if they turn those cues over to you, it will be on their own dime. Which they won't unless made to by the police. If you want those cues back your best bet would be to offer the pawn shop what they have in them. Otherwise you just gave them a heads up and <POOF> they disappeared.

Again, I ask how was it stolen if you shipped it to someone? Did they not pay you? I don't understand your post.

take it you didn't bother to file a police report? If you had, don't believe they'd risk selling it.

Interesting...I just went to the Ebay link. Posted an "Ask the seller a question" question, but it showed up that no question was asked...maybe I'm a luddite...but I asked..." I have been informed that this cue is stolen" can you confirm? We will see what he replies...I will post here what he says, if he does.

eBay doesn't allow users to post random comments on member's offerings. The seller has the option of posting your question and his answer or not.

Thanks Kevin,
Posts like this always attracts my attention really fast. I am giving the seller the benefit of the doubt that he is unaware that this is a stolen cue. I will post his replies ( if he does) to the thread. I just was to see justice served. I hate scum-bag thiefs.

Headmuses.

Wow! Yeah...it was first listed as a Meucci and I bid on it.

Guess someone told him it wasn't a Meucci then he ended the listing, then

relisted it.

I had no idea what it was...just knew it wasn't a Meucci.

Report the item to ebay as stolen.... they will stop the auction.
As for the federal offence, that means nothing if you have no way to prosecute, do you? Do you know the process, and have the proof they need? If so, do it... asap....

I'm also confused about the money though... you sent the cue without payment first?
