Wow. I can't imagine the tremendous amount of pressure on Lou today, knowing that all he has to do is win one game and John has to win 3.
Also, thanks for the video. I was never a huge 1 Pocket fan but have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed watching last night. It made me short a couple of hours sack time but twas worth it. If we still had a Hall in town, I believe that I would be wanting to play some.
Had me on the edge of my seat on many shots and plays.

I was simply nervous and had to much adrenaline flowing.
I have always known Lou is a solid player. But let's start over with the ahead set and see how it goes. Lou won't like it.

I guess you guys just see what you want then. CTE/Pro1 may be the greatest thing in the world but on the vast majority of the difficult shots that I saw John fire at -- it looked like he had no idea how to aim them.
Those are just the facts.
Really? Even Pat Fleming complimented me on the banks and shot making.
I dogged a lot of shots because of stroke errors but I was aimed right.
CTE pulled my ass out of the fire in manyvofcthe games especially with crucial tough banks at the end of the game.

I like Barton. I think his innate craziness is fun. I just think he gets too much airtime around here, especially as we've all just had ample demonstration that he flat-out cannot play pool. The man should talk about cases only as far as I'm concerned.
It's not as if Wilson is systematically targeting Barton's every post, is it? That would be unacceptable harassment. But a bit of retaliatory ribbing is fine, and a preferable course of action to veiled threats of bans etc. If anything, I'd prefer Wilson to post more as a normal punter. I think that sort of visible presence would keep people more in line, or at least help define where the line is.

Yeah - you were nailing a lot of bank shots for sure. This is where the power of a system like Pro One really helps. You will never be far from the intended pocket.

Sometimes being on the hill is a lot of pressure. But kudos to Lou. He is playing solid one hole and staying extremely calm outwardly. Whatever zen thing he has going on in his head is working. I have learned some new shots from him as well.
All I can say at this point is if I pull out the win then I will flip it to go again if they want to.
Makes sense, selective reading skills over here. I had no idea people played pool in P.E.I. Do you guys gamble for fresh fish and lobster?

Guys don't sweat Wilson's comments. He has earned the right to knock me because I have knocked how he he handles the moderator position plenty of times. Lou brought two of the beneficiaries of the unfair moderation with him. Eric Hu who has never been banned for his harassment of anyone and Mike LaLumiere who got away with defamation for years on AZB.
It is interesting to know that Mike is Lou's backer. I think if I had another $200,000 to bet we could probably get a corporation lined up for the whole amount against me.
Dave thinks that this is somehow just deserts if I lose. Not at all. Its me stepping to the table against bullies which is what Eric Hu, Mike LaLumiere and Lou Figueroa have been.
I am giving it everything I can and if it is enough then great and if not then not.
More than Wilson has ever done for this forum. If he did his job properly then this match we would not have ever been made.
