Just remember that there are two sides to the story. When Lou is done I will relate this whole thing from my perspective and address some factual points that are not seen the same way from my point of view.

Aren't there always two POV's and the truth lies somewhere in the middle??

Most of the time.

Still, it is good to read the perspective of the guys involved, especially these two who have been so prolific on the forums over the years.

I'll bet you an enormous amount of money that he did.

But first, lets fight about it.

Kevin

OK, any game but ebay (both buying and selling), auctions, art, silverware, golf, mountain bicycle riding, coolness and tongue-in-cheek humor.

"Always" is a strong word. One of my pet peeves is when people say "There are three sides to every story". Not "every" story... sometimes one person is telling the truth, and the other is not, so the "three sides to every story" comment seems like a cop out

I'm not referring to this thread or story, by the way. Or even necessarily your comment about POVs. Just commenting on that particular pet peeve :p

Thanks for the write-up Lou. We need more, more moooooooore.

gee there was me wondering how long a hijack would take and who would be the odds on.

Looking forward to the next part Lou, thanks for the post.

I agree with you in regards to the cancelling of the bets on here. If I am betting thousands of dollars of side action not only am I documenting every single one on my end outside of the threads just in case they were closed or deleted, but if I thought I had the nuts (to which he hounded you had no shot of winning which was obviously just bluffing) there is no way I would cancel them and take any and all side action.

What we do know as fact is JB did months of telling us how good he was getting how Lou stood no chance ,How Lou won't show up , how he will take all bets in person game day
None of them were true In fact anything of any pertinent value Lou held serve in all of them

So how did you enjoy watching the match, LOL :rotflmao1:

Lou,
Just like you won the last game. Efficient and you looked like you had been there before. No BS gang like hand jestures to the camera. You put out your hand and it was over.

Others could learn from this.

Were those CTE signs being flashed there? That's why I stay out of pool halls.. they attract the wrong crowd. :D

Not sure. I'm to old to know. Maybe thats what the border guards did to him when he tried to renter the country and he was warning his Chinese colleagues to bring lube?

The Ballad of John and Lou, Part One -

Lou, pretty nice of you to give John top billing in the title.

Good stuff Lou. You man'd up and I can imagine the feeling. Pool cue and yourself off to NJ to play 10k.

Glad somebody was victorious.

That is a great story and you will always have it to tell.

I assume he was playing off the great Beatles song, "The Ballad of John and Yoko."

Love it. :)

You should collaborate with lou and have him write it for you. However close your pool games may be, he gives you the 6 out in writing.
