With all due respect...this is your first public response to this matter. Doesn't matter how much you sent him in trade for his cue if it was junk to begin with. You have had a history, in your brief time here, as a habitual abuser of the W/FS forum rules. When contacted via PM concerning those abuses, you have, by all accounts, been rude and verbally abusive. Hardly what I would call a stellar record, IMHO.

Had you been a stand-up seller, and waited for the other party to indicate satisfaction with the trade deal before selling off his trade cue...you wouldn't be experiencing the lambasting you are garnering now. Remember, on AZB the deal is not done until BOTH parties are satisfied...which is clearly NOT the case here. You reap what you sow.

It does not matter if you feel it was a fair trade deal. The OP was not happy with the items that you shipped to him, so the trade should have been voided, and all items returned to their original owner. Both traders must be completely satisfied with the deal. The OP was not happy with the items he received, so he should have been able to return them for an exchange of the cue that he sent you. No matter how good you think the deal was that you gave the OP, the fact is that he was not happy with the items that you sent him, so he should have been able to return them for an exchange on the cue that he sent you. That would have been the right thing to do. I understand that none of this is any of my business, but it has been made public here on az, so just wanted to reply on my feelings about the way things should be handled when doing any kind of trade deal.

You offered to pay by PAY PAL, but said you didn't own a computer. You said you had opened a PAY PAL account, but they won't let you use it. You called me & said your FRIEND would send the money byPAY PAL, but when I called him, he he said he couldn't access his account for 2 weeks. You offered to send me a postal money order, but it wouldn't arrive here til 4 days, after the time limit I set for you, to get me the money. You may be just what you say you are, but OUR deal just seemed that it wasn't going to happen, because you were trying to buy my Q, but didn't have any money. All I'm saying is, I have a VERY good rep here & all over the country for 28 yrs. our deal just went sour...

What you should have done, is sent the man's cue back to him instead of selling it before the deal was finalized.. The fact that you refused to do that speaks volumes to me. This little school girl doesn't get involved with these things very often but this time I feel it is warranted.. I suggest you do what is necessary to make Mr. Cotter happy or find another place to sell your junk. Just because you gave a case away doesn't mean you didn't screw this guy... Do the right thing and all of this will go away..

You only sent 3. 3 shafts that I would use for kindling. 3 Shafts I probably will use as fire starters because I cant use them for anything else. Secondly, one of the cues you sent is not even one of the cues we agreed on. Not to mention one of the butts are warped so bad that it is not usable. You sent me junk! I could put together 3 of the cheapest most beat up Players cues I can find and trade them for one of your Ben Green cues if you want. That would be 3 cues for one too.

I posted this yesterday in the original thread...

Seaglass 505 offered to buy a Pierce from me. We settled on price then he said he was sending a money order that day for $50 more then the agreed price, which I thought was wierd. He asked multiple times how he could be sure I would send cue. After, explaining multiple times I would send cue upon receipt and would gladly accept return I started to get the feeling he was waiting for me to offer to send cue prior to payment. After 9 days no m.o. And I followed up he said he got busy and just sent it which was a change in his story. I never received the m.o. And didn't follow up again. I figured I still had the cue so no harm, but the whole thing felt wrong.

I wasn't out anything and I thought maybe it was in my head but I thought it was wierd how he lied twice about sending payment. Guess my gut was right.

Hope you get this straightened out.

If you were to send me a new cue to make this right, that might go a long way to help. I will post a picture of it on here so everyone can see. I would appreciate it.

I have a few shafts laying around. One is actually a new schon. What joint size are you looking for? If he won't help you out, I'll send you something if it works for you for free. I will have to check size and specs, etc., if it would be a desired size.

Yeah, Schon pilots are bigger than others 5/16 x 14.

The way things happened recently, I guess I will only do business with the honest guys I already know. Thankfully I know enough of them.
