What a shot!

I assume he called the shot. I rewound the video to an earlier moment to see if there's any indication of calling it. I know that if I was taking that shot, I'd be pointing my cue at the 4-ball and the corner pocket so there's no question about it.

Failing that, I'd just say "Oh, come on. That was obvious!"

For me the vid starts at the beginning. What time is the big shot?

At 4:13 I caught him doing sort of a point at the corner, but his head and shoulders are cut off. Anyone else catch that?

To me, it's awesome for two reasons...first, the 4 didn't look wired off the 2; the 2 actually looked wired but was kicked off by the 4. two, he didn't come close to getting stuck in the rack, which to my novice eye would have been my fear; of course he hit it pretty hard and sent LOTS of balls up table. He is Mr. 400, though!

Reminds me of the stack shot Fats shot in The Hustler. "You left enough".

I was very surprised he shot that, did not look like even a 50-50 shot to make that. With the kick, plus the fact that the balls were apart, it was probably a %25 shot if that.

Guess that makes up for poor execution prior to that. Full rack indicates less then
"Continuos" play.

Obviously he called it. I'm sure he verbally communicated to Thorsten who probably nodded his head.

Great shot, but let me add that it takes a set to call a kick-kiss into a full stack against Hohmann.

Great shot!!

It sure looks like he was lining it up. Not sure I would shoot that shot percentage wise because Thorsten is waiting for his turn, arguably one of the best straight pool players on the planet today. Of course, John can play too.

Was a pretty good shot yeah. I love watching guys that shoot fast.

Interesting extension he puts on his cue at 13:30
