Wow. By even asking that you are in fact questioning their integrity. I have never known the people involved with AzB to lack integrity, so their track record alone says quite a bit in answering your question. Then I have to ask, what would they have to gain by playing favorites and choosing who they gave them to? And the answer is not much, I mean they are only cues, so the motive would be real low. Then I have to ask what would they have to lose by playing favorites and choosing who they "drew" to receive the cues? And the answer is quite a bit. The people here are not dumb as a group and would sniff that out in a heart beat. And all hell would be raised, their credibility would be shot, and perhaps lots of people would leave AzB over it which all affects their bottom line. So their motivation is actually quite strong to be honest about it. All things considered that wasn't a smart question to ask, at all.
 
I was kidding when I asked that. Sorry for not making it clearer. Its obvious its completely random
