Check Cornerstone custom Cues on the web. Bill has a few Scruggs on his site and is SUPER to buy from. I've been a client and friend for a number of years now. I can't recommend him highly enough.

These type of vague wanted to buy threads are happening far too often. If you have cash in hand and actually will buy a cue, there needs to be more details posted like what is your budget, what type of woods are you looking for, do want a wrap??? Leather, Irish linen, elephant ear, etc. Do you want a Merry Widow or a pointed cue. Do you care about weight?

Let people know exactly what you want, and when the cue meets your specs and budget.... BUY IT!!!
